With a foundation in Social Work and transformational facilitation, she brings a distinctive blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and thoughtful insight to every conversation she leads.
As the author of Flourishing Beyond Adversity and a Nichols Certified Facilitator trained through the methodology of Lisa Nichols, Tosshia is known for her calm presence and her ability to help others uncover clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of possibility.
